Ordering

Most ordering is accomplished through EDI partnerships with major suppliers interfacing with WISL's EDI - Retail facility.

Sales

Customers may generate an initial quotation interactively in the store. Customers may also submit orders via the Internet utilizing Seneca's e-Store facility. The sales processing is fully integrated with the WATPOS point of sale system.

Inventory  Management

Inventory may be tracked at the product or serial number level. Products may be identified as packages and/or components of packages.
