This field identifies the consignee of the goods.

The consignee can be identified by :

- Consignee Code

- Consignee's Dispatch phone number

- Consignee Number

- Full consignee name

The '[' and ']' brackets may be used to search for partial

strings within the name: '[abc]' will find every name

containing 'abc'.

In this case we specify a character string of "Mil" which we know to be present in the name of the desired consignee.
