Production Batch Maintenance
Batch records are generated in an interactive facility then exported to a spreadsheet. Spreadsheet facilities are used in the scheduling process to provide an overview and offer ease in maintaining schedule dates. Updated records from the spreadsheet are then imported into the data base to be utilized for control in production processes. Vinyl products manufacturing is demonstrated but the system could be readily adapted to other manufacturing.
