The default web page name is the file name but a different one may be assigned. The default web page title is also the name but in this case it has been expanded. The web page title displays in the top left corner of the browser heading. An index is generated for ease of navigation through the report, the default is “1” . In this case “10” has been specified which means that a new index entry begins at every 10th page of the text report.
