Highlighting(clicking on) the line of the desired file and clicking on the “Convert to PDF” button invokes the entry screen to specify parameters to generate a PDF file. The PDF file name may be specified along with the Document Subject(the default for both is the assigned name of the text print file). The width of the report may also be specified as 80 or 132.
