    Clerical users must be trained in the data entry facilities of FAIS Shipping Interface. Training is also required to administer the data importation process for rates, bol's and invoices.

- integration issues

    Any proprietary formats of bol, invoice, or rates records desired to be imported require that conversion routines be developed.
